Sourdough Blueberry Pancakes
The lightest, fluffiest, most delicious pancakes you'll ever have in your life. Served with homemade maple whipped cream + bacon.
Breakfast Sandwich
Served on a homemade sourdough english muffin with homemade sausage, a savory chile spread, scrambled eggs, green onions. Side of crispy yukon potatoes with homemade mayonnaise.
Huevos Rancheros
Homemade corn tortillas layered with pinto beans, cheese, red chile, and topped with a fried egg + onion and cilantro.
Ricotta Scramble
Soft scrambled eggs on Sage sourdough toast with ricotta, chives, red pepper flakes, pork sausage, fennel seed, tomato. Served with a spinach breakfast salad.
Breakfast Tacos
On homemade flour tortillas with tomatillo salsa, bacon, egg, celery root, red cabbage, avocado, cilantro, hashbrowns.
